A Tropical Chic thank you for InKing Royalty blog hop

Welcome to InKing Royalty's June Blog Hop! This year's Blog Hop themes are inspired by popular songs - this month's song is "Here Comes the Sun." As you can guess, our Blog Hop today is filled with projects that are inspired by the joy of the summer sun. We are excited to share our creations with you today! After you read my post, I hope you'll hop over to the next person on the list at the base of this post.

Hello everyone!
I'm so excited to share today's project with you! When I started to think about today's theme, the new Tropical Chic bundle came immediately to mind. I couldn't wait to get my hands on this beautiful set of tropical blooms and leaves. It's a must-have!
^Bermuda Bay and Coastal Cabana flowers with Soft Sea Foam and Granny Apple Green leaves
Highland Heather and Gorgeous Grape flowers with Lemon Lime Twist and Granny Apple Green leaves
^Blackberry Bliss and Berry Burst flowers with Lemon Lime Twist and Granny Apple Green leaves
Mango Melody and Poppy Parade flowers with Call Me Clover and Pineapple Punch leaves

I made these cards with lots of bright and bold colors, but this set would look just as good with some softer colors. The sentiment comes from the Abstract Impressions stamp set- I love the beautiful fonts and I knew it would be perfect for these cards. Behind the flower clusters I used the square and circle from Swirly Frames set and embossed in silver and gold. I finished the cards with the new set of glitter enamel dots. They are some of my favorite embellishments!

I made four of today's cards because I have several well-overdue thank you notes to send out. I hope the recipients enjoy these bright and cheery cards (and maybe it helps them to forget they received them so late!) I love that we can create beautiful cards and gifts for those we love, and to show our appreciation. Nothing says you care like a gift made by hand from the heart<3
I'm entering them in the GDP #143 this week. Don't forget to stop by and check out all the awesome inspiration!

Thank you for stopping by today.  I hope you'll hop along to the next stop on the blog hop, Imogene Thomas at MomoMakes.com . There's lots of inspiration to be found in this group - and you don't want to miss it!

Have a magical day!
Nina
